Our Approach.

Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy that uses a combination of hands-on treatments and exercises to help restore, improve, and maintain physical function. It is believed that osteopathy helps the body fix itself, and Baye agrees with this wholeheartedly! She enjoys empowering her patients by teaching them about their bodies, pain science, and why we are doing what we are doing, as well as providing them with the skills and tools to keep their bodies moving optimally.

As an avid amateur athlete, and outdoors enthusiast, Baye believes that prevention is best: she aims to keep her patients moving strongly and efficiently to minimize risk of injury and maintain optimal physical function.

Invicta Osteopathy was established in 2021 in Victoria BC, but took a short hiatus as Baye returned to the UK to work at the Kent Institute of Medicine and Surgery (a centre of excellence for orthopaedic surgery). She’s back now and ready to help anyone who wants to enjoy a healthy active lifestyle!
